The Challenges
The client wanted a responsive and well-optimized Web Application that can perform extensively with sellers and buyers while allowing advanced object-oriented features.
- We are responsible for redesigning the whole application from scratch, including Log-in and registration screens, the home page, product pages, store pages, and some additional pages on material UI.
- Build and Managing The Front-end while ensuring that the design is well optimized and responsive for both types of users, including sellers and customers.
- The project was highly data-oriented, so we had to build a solid back-end that could handle the web application efficiently while allowing it to perform flawlessly.
- We have to choose the perfect cloud technology that can support the project in deployment and flawless management and operations.

We start the development process by understanding the client’s requirements and business model, which help us better understand the project and its needs. This ideology helps see the more precise image of the project that should be served to the end-users. After successfully visualizing the project, we started the project development with our advanced agile methodology.
Our Project Requirement Analysis gave our developers a better picture to work on, and projects were divided into several parts or responsibilities and handed over to respective experts and teams. -
Unique Design for A Unique eCommerce Platform
The client wanted to build an eCommerce platform where local or other sellers and businesses could list their products and deals and the users can view and purchase them as they require. We put four designers on the project for starting the development at a good pace. Our designers started to design for three different screen sizes to make sure users can use it from any device and get the best experience. At the start, our creatives draft three to five design samples, and then we approve one perfect design from the client and front-end developers on our team. Now we have finalized the design for each type of device, our designers work together to make it more creatively utilized for users.
With the approved and ideal design, our developers start to work with full potential on the front-end and the back-end. Front-end developers work on the designs and layouts by keeping them responsive and optimized. And on the back-end, experts at Extern Labs start the early development of the back-end, server, and database.
Our developers work with agile methodology and keep the work close to the clients which helps us make our work promising in the industry.
After many corrections and testing, we soft launches the first open build for some users for wider testing and after sufficient time and approval from the client, we deployed the project to its fullest.
